NOTICE OF FILING

PETITION FOR TAX DEED To Frank A. Traut, Beverly Traut, David McConnaughey, Celina Sparks, Martha Cox, Tina Marley, Tasey Bock, Amy Howard, all spouses, heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing individuals, and all persons claiming any right, title and interest from, by or through any of the foregoing individuals, in or to the below-described real estate, or otherwise: You are hereby notified that on September 1, 2017, at the 2017 Putnam County public tax sale, Jeff Bennington (“Petitioner”) acquired a priority tax-related lien interest against that certain real estate (the “Real Estate”) located in Putnam County, State of Indiana, commonly known as 151 Jefferson Valley, and being more particularly-described as Lot 151 in Jefferson Valley, Heritage Lake, Tax Key No. 011- 528000-00 / State No. 67-06- 14-404-002.000-004. The time period within which to redeem the Real Estate from the tax sale has expired. The Real Estate was not redeemed prior to the expiration of the period of redemption. Petitioner, by counsel, in the Putnam County Circuit Court and under Cause Number 67C01-1708-MI-338, has filed or will file a Petition for an Order directing the Auditor of Putnam County, Indiana, to issue to Petitioner a Tax Deed for the Real Estate. The Petition will be filed on or after September 10, 2018. Any person owning or having an interest in the Real Estate may file a written objection to the Petition with the Court not later than thirty (30) days after the date the Petition is filed.
